LEAD TIMES

The following required lead times will help you with planning your patient’s appointments.

While we do our best to adhere to the lead times given, please appreciate that in some cases we would require more time, making it necessary to change the requested date.

The requested date should be at least one day before the patient’s actual appointment.

Please allow for Bank Holidays

Please keep in mind when the work will be collected

Please allow 3 extra days when using our FREEPOST service
